Friday January, 19th 2024
- 11 a.m.: Opening / welcome of participants on Talloires beach
- 11 a.m.-7 p.m.: Collection of bibs on the beach
- 11 a.m.-5 p.m.: Opening of exhibitor stands, chillzone and GlaGla Race Boutique ouverture chill zone, stands des exposants (Red Paddle, Starboard, Outdoor Attitude, EIVIE Nature et boutique GlaGla Race) – Espace bien être à côté de la Roulotte du masseur avec Sinaani (Pascale Mahé), Au dela de l’Océan (Ingrid Ulrich) et Paddle Contre Parkinson.
- 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. massages at la Roulotte du Masseur
- 1 p.m.-4 p.m.: GlaGla Race Film Festival (free)
- 4:30 p.m.: Opening ceremony : bring your flag (national or regional). Open to all competitors and staff ! You will parade on the beach to music !
- 7:15 p.m. – 8:15pm Pasta Party is confirmed, book your meal ! (max 120 persons)
Saturday 20, 2024
- 7:00 am / 09:00 am : bib pick up
- 9:30 am : Skippers’ meeting (compulsory)
- 09:50 am : Warm up (compulsory)
- 10:15 am : start outriggers & pronepaddleboards
- 10:30 am : start Long, Short & Very short distance
- 11:30 am / 2:30 pm : Lunch (3 food trucks)
- 1 pm-2 pm : Dragon Race : Race on Red Paddle Dragon board for 4 people, free / register on bib pick up
- 1 pm-5pm : Sauna (you have to book it), massages and nordic bath with la Roulotte du masseur !
- 2:15 pm Technical Race briefing
- 2:30 pm : Technical Race
- Live Music & Chill Zone + Nordic Bath, Sauna, Massages
- 5 pm : Prizes ceremony
