This is the magic of the “Freestyle” format: no borders, just shared passion. This Saturday, January 17th, the spirit of the “GlaGla Pirates” will ignite simultaneously across the globe!
A Synchronized Global Relay The movement is connecting several major “Hubs” worldwide:
- Talloires (Lake Annecy, France): The historic heart with local clubs (ALPC, NCY SUP, Savoie Paddle Club).
- Prague (Vltava River, Czech Republic): Led by Eva Vrbova and the Czech community.
- Northern Italy: Our ambassadors are mobilizing the “Pirati del Freddo” on the lakes and in Turin.
- Lyon (Rhône River, France): A dedicated session planned for Sunday with the Rhône SUP crew.
- China (Nationwide): The massive “China Challenge” with the League of Paddlers.
The China Challenge In partnership with Freddy Chen (founder of the League of Paddlers), Chinese top paddlers will try to break the event’s records (L. Teulade: 01:28:32 / P. Van Malsen: 01:45:09) to win their official entry for 2027.
